How do returns and refunds work?

Short answer: if your dog doesn't like it, we refund you, and you don't need to send anything back.

How to get a refund

1. Email us at info@altproadvantage.ca within 30 days of your order.
2. Tell us your order number and which product your dog didn't like.
3. We refund you. That's it.

Do I need to return the product?

No. Keep it, or pass it on to a shelter or a friend's dog.

Subscriptions

The same promise applies to subscription orders. To change or stop a subscription, email us at info@altproadvantage.ca.
